ABOUT ME

Welcome To a Journey of Healing and Purpose

I’m Ammara Muhammad, a Certified Life Coach and Theta Healing practitioner, and I’d like to share my story in hopes it resonates with you.

As a young girl, I observed two ways of living—one rooted in calm, purpose, and wisdom, and the other consumed by stress and uncertainty. I asked myself, “Which life do I want?” My heart answered, “Seek wisdom, live with meaning.”

Life brought me, at age 18, into a new country—a different culture, language, and life far from family. Despite the challenges, I chose growth over fear, drawing strength from sacred teachings and a deep faith in the Creator, who always guided my way forward. Years later, a serious accident tested me further. When doctors offered no permanent solution, my faith again whispered, “There must be another way.”

This belief led me to Theta Healing, a practice that transformed my understanding of energy, faith, and healing. Embracing life coaching and deepening my spiritual connection, I found healing—and a calling to help others.

As a faith-based life coach, my mission is to guide those facing grief, trauma, or inner struggles toward peace and purpose. In a safe, compassionate space, I help clients release limiting beliefs, reconnect with their inner strength, and nurture a deep bond with the Creator.

If you’re feeling weighed down or ready for change, transformation is possible—and you don’t have to walk this journey alone. Let’s uncover your strength and create a life of healing, peace, and clarity.

Let’s begin this journey together.

Testimonials

Hear from our happy customers

This was a really good program I took last summer. I needed to hear a religious side as well as nonreligious logical reasons behind our religious teachings, Ms. Ammara explained every logic behind the practices really well. I am so glad and grateful that I got to attend sessions with her. Thank you Ms. Ammara! God Bless You.

Miss Ammara whom I thank a lot has helped me a lot! In fact self development for teens is really well done and does reflect a lot. Along with my sisters, I learned how to start looking at myself in a new way then I used to. I learned a lot of things and one of them is to accept myself for who I am Self development for teens is very good especially since I’m also a teen too, where I feel like the world has given up on me on times of studying and tough times as well. I really enjoyed the sessions and the self improvement and the results!!Definitely would do it again!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is the process of transforming one’s life from insight into action.

How does life coaching work?

First we look at where you are, and determine where you want to get to. Once we know the destination, then we look at what is stopping you getting there, and how we can move you forward.

I use a variety of tools and techniques including but not limited to Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy (CBT) and the TGROW coaching model. I also draw from my rich life experience from my days as an entrepreneur, addiction recovery, as well as the extensive coaching and personal development work I’ve done myself.

What’s the difference between life coaching and therapy?

Therapy is more focused on mental health, and transforming dysfunctional behaviours into functional ones. It tends to involve a lot of focus on the past.

Life Coaching, however, is more focused on moving forward and creating your future. Imagine you are in a car at point A. The process of my coaching is about determining where point B is for you, helping you determine the best route to get there, and seeing if there are any blockages in the engine of the car (such as limiting beliefs).

There may be some overlap with certain therapy and life coaching styles such as exploring your psyche. My life coaching tends to only revisit the past in an almost surgical way of rewriting old core beliefs, whereas therapy tends to focus exclusively on the past.

It should be stressed that life coaching is not a replacement for professional psychological help. If you believe you are suffering from mental health issues, you should first speak to your doctor as a first port of call.

How much do you charge?

See the prices mentioned above

Do you work face-to-face or over the phone? Is there a difference?

I offer both at present. There isn’t any difference in the quality of session I have found.

Are you Certified

Yes, I am a certified life coaching professional.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we are offering 15% discounts on life coaching sessions

I have a friend/relative who would benefit from life coaching - can you help?

If it is a psychological or mental health issue, you should first refer them to a medical or psychological professional.

I have a friend/relative who would benefit from life coaching - can you help?

If it is a psychological or mental health issue, you should first refer them to a medical or psychological professional.

If you believe they would really benefit from coaching, know that I can only work with them if they are willing to work with me. Most likely, they are not ready for coaching yet if you are having to book the consultation for them.

Instead, it may be better for you to focus on your life and your issues to avoid becoming codependent with trying to fix the person you are trying to help (this is especially true if they have an addiction).

Do you work with people under 18?

We are offering teen mentoring program with their parents/guardian permission, and subject to my Coaching Agreement, yes.
